Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the general approach to changing, cancelling and reviewing confirmed pest control bookings. Last updated: May 2026.
Changing an appointment
If you need to change a confirmed appointment, contact L&C Pest Management as early as possible by phone or email.
Rescheduling depends on technician availability, property access and the selected service type.
Cancellation notice
Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel a confirmed booking.
Late cancellations, missed access, incorrect address details or unavailable site access may affect the ability to complete the service at the planned time.
Access and preparation
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the service areas and completing preparation instructions where provided.
If the technician cannot safely access the required areas, the service may need to be rescheduled or adjusted.
Refunds and service issues
Refund or re-attendance requests are reviewed based on the service type, site conditions, preparation, aftercare and the warranty support that applies to the booking.
Warranty support is not a blanket guarantee and may depend on pest type, access, property condition and ongoing pest entry.
