If you send photos or extra details by email, phone or WeChat, those details may also be used to understand the service request and arrange the appointment.

We use enquiry information to check appointment availability, understand the selected service, confirm access details, communicate with you and keep basic service records.

We may use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, follow up on a booking or provide service-related information.

The website may use services such as Supabase for website data, Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection and Vercel for hosting.

These providers process information only as needed to operate the website and related communication workflows.

We use Google Ads measurement on the production website to understand whether an ad visit leads to an accepted enquiry or a click opening WhatsApp. Opening WhatsApp does not mean a message has been sent or a booking confirmed.

Advertising source parameters and click identifiers may be kept in browser session storage and included with your enquiry for attribution. We do not include your name, email address, phone number, service address or message in our Google Ads conversion events. Enhanced conversions are not enabled by this integration.

Google may use cookies and device information for advertising measurement. WhatsApp is a separate service operated by Meta; its privacy policy applies when you open a chat or send a message there.

We take reasonable steps to protect enquiry information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Service and enquiry records are kept only for business, legal, operational and customer-service purposes.
